Description
Unvulcanized cover rubber is a kind of unvulcanized rubber material, it has excellent tear resistance and wear resistance after vulcanization under and pressure. It is widely used in NR/IR/SBR/BR and other materials of conveyor belt hot vulcanization bonding process.
Hot vulcanizing solution is specially used for conveyor belt repair hot splicing joint. It's widely used in national energy, mining and power plant. Hot vulcanizing solution can enhance the bonding strength of the splicing joint observably. Unlike the cold vulcanization repair conveyor belts,the hot vulcanization bonding materail requires the cooperation of a vulcanizing press machine to show its efficacy.
In addition, hot vulcanization is more suitable for repairing conveyor belt joints.
